Your Health is Wealth

Most multivitamins are formulated generically for mass markets with inferior ingredients. Men's and Women's multivitamins should be formulated differently because we have different needs.

Did you know, *nearly 76% of Black people living in Europe and North America are vitamin D deficient? We have higher amounts of melanin in our skin and melanin naturally provides some protection from the sun, but it also reduces the skin’s ability to produce vitamin D from sunlight.

Afro Health's BE100 Multivitamins for Women has a boost of Vitamin D3 to ensure that we've got you covered. As Women, we lose a lot of iron during menstruation, so we've increased the iron quantity to ensure you FEEL100. Start your day with our BE100 Multivitamins for Women and feel the difference!

Super Vitamins- Vitamin A, D3, E, C, K1, B1, B2, B6, & B12.

Minerals- Iron, Zinc, and Folic Acid.

Multivitamin daily support ★  Vegan ★ Nut, Lactose and Gluten Free ★ GMO Free ★ 🇬🇧 Made in the UK 🇬🇧

Good value

I rate these supplements. They are reasonably priced and I like the fact that they have extra iron too.

Would recommend

Good multivitamins compared to other brands I've taken. The tablets are smaller than my last brand and taste better too.

Thumbs up - I really like this!

I've been inconsistent with multivitamins for a couple of years because I never felt like it did anything. 2 months ago my doctor recommended that I start taking multivitamins because I was deficient in Iron and Vitamin D. Since then, I've noticed my energy levels are up and I generally feel less run down.
